An elite cafe in the prestigious Geisha Village

The coffees produced by Geisha Village are internationally renowned for their exceptional quality, characterized by extraordinary sweetness and intense floral notes. This particular lot is part of the company's most exclusive selection, representing only 10% of the total production . It is a rare and sought-after coffee, grown with extreme care and processed to preserve the purity of its sensory profile as much as possible.

A competitive coffee

This exceptional batch was personally selected by Andrè and Emanuele Tomassi for its extraordinary expressiveness in the cup. Andrè used it during the selections of the Brewers competition , where he was able to enhance the complexity and aromatic richness of this Geisha through a meticulous extraction.

Natural Process – The Art of Traditional Processing

The natural processing method used for this batch emphasizes the sweetness and fruitiness of the coffee. After manual harvesting, the coffee cherries are dried whole, without removing the pulp, on traditional raised African beds under direct sunlight. This process, which lasts approximately 28 days , allows for controlled fermentation within the fruit, giving the coffee a complex structure and extraordinary aromatic depth.

Geisha Village continues to be one of the most prestigious names in the world of premium coffee, and this lot represents one of its most fascinating expressions.
