Good to know

The small print, in plain words.

Do points expire?

No. They stay on your Family Card until you use them.

Can I combine rewards with other discounts?

No: one discount per order. Family rewards do not combine with the Coffee Crush code or other promo codes.

If I redeem points, do I drop a level?

No. Your level depends on the points you have earned over time, not on the ones you have left: redeeming does not take you back.

Where does free shipping apply?

The free shipping reward is valid for deliveries across the European Union.
