How it works
You take a seat at the counter
Eight numbered seats, a glass of water and a sealed envelope in front of you. It stays closed until the right moment: we'll tell you when.
You don't choose anything
Omakase is Japanese for, roughly, “I'll leave it to you”. No menu: you taste first, we explain after.
Six courses
Coffee in different forms, cold and hot, plus four small bites designed to change the next sip. You drink little and leave clear-headed.
A surprise at the end
There's something you only find out when you open the envelope. We're not telling you here: that's the fun of the evening.
You take it home
You leave with a small bag of the evening's star coffee and the recipes to make it again at home.
Booking and gifting
Prenotazione: al banco da CAOS Caffè o in messaggio diretto, con pagamento anticipato. Massimo 2 posti a persona: otto sconosciuti al banco fanno parte dell’esperienza.
Cancellazione: rimborso fino a 72 ore prima. Dopo, il posto non si rimborsa ma puoi cederlo a chi vuoi.
Allergie e caffeina: diccelo quando prenoti, è l’unica cosa che ti chiediamo.
