The Tomassi Coffee Blend 1969 is a tribute to the tradition of the Tomassi family, who opened their first café in 1969.
This blend embodies the heritage and passion of a family dedicated to coffee, offering a blend that unites three complementary origins: Brazil, Peru, and Ethiopia.
Brazil San Rafael Natural forms the base of the blend, with a rounded and reassuring profile characterized by notes of cocoa, chocolate, and dried fruit. Its structure gives body and stability to the cup.
Peruvian Añas Blues , made using the washed process, introduces balance and aromatic cleanliness. Its notes of mandarin, honey, and yellow fruit bring sweetness and brightness, enriching the blend with a fresher component.
Ethiopia Makhore Natural rounds out the profile with a fruitier and more complex dimension. Strawberry, blueberry, and orange add aromatic depth and make the cup more dynamic.
Together, these three coffees create a harmonious and enveloping blend, in which notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, almond and caramel emerge, with a soft structure and a persistent sweetness.
Blend 1969 is designed to offer a balanced and accessible cup, capable of combining comfort and complexity, keeping alive the artisanal spirit and tradition that have defined the identity of Tomassi Coffee for generations.
