Kenya Nyeri Shir , with its bright acidity and citrus notes of mandarin and lemon, accompanied by jasmine and red fruits, adds vivacity and precision to the blend. It represents André's vision, seeking freshness, definition, and aromatic complexity.

Rwanda Rusatira Anaerobic Sleeping Bag , crafted using controlled anaerobic fermentation, introduces an intense, layered sweetness. Its notes of strawberry, red plum, and mango blend with honey and maple syrup, creating a juicy, enveloping structure that enriches the blend with depth and intensity.

Finally, the Ethiopia Makhore Natural brings balance and roundness. Its notes of blueberry, strawberry, and orange intertwine with dark caramel and dark chocolate, adding body and a fuller, more persistent finish.
