The Family Blend is born from the heart of the Tomassi family, who have been able to transform their differences into a perfect harmony. Andrè and Emanuele Tomassi, despite having different visions of coffee, meet in this blend that represents their indissoluble bond. The Kenya Nyeri Shir, with its bright acidity and citrus notes of tangerine and lemon, accompanied by jasmine and red fruits, gives liveliness and precision to the blend. It represents Andrè's vision, seeking freshness, definition, and aromatic complexity.

The Rwanda Rusatira Anaerobic Sleeping Bag, processed with controlled anaerobic fermentation, introduces an intense and layered sweetness. Its notes of strawberry, red plum, and mango blend with honey and maple syrup, creating a juicy and enveloping structure that enriches the blend with depth and intensity.

Finally, the Ethiopia Makhore Natural brings balance and roundness. Its notes of blueberry, strawberry, and orange intertwine with dark caramel and dark chocolate, adding body and a fuller, more persistent finish.
