Colombia Finca El Paraíso Lychee

Among the misty peaks of Piendamó, where the sky seems to touch the earth and the air smells of wild flowers and sun, a coffee comes to life that enchants the senses and the soul. At Finca El Paraíso, passion for the land and love of innovation meet to create a sensory masterpiece.

Under the inspired guidance of Diego Samuel Bermúdez, each bean is treated with almost poetic care. The cherries, hand-picked when they reach the perfect ruby color, are immersed in pressurized tanks of carbon dioxide. In this controlled environment, at 18°C, the coffee spends seven days evolving, enriching itself with unique aromatic nuances.

But this is where the magic happens: the lychee, with its ethereal sweetness, is integrated into the process. Over the next 36 hours, the fruit and the coffee dance in a symphony of tropical flavors, intertwining in an embrace of aromas that recall distant lands and unexplored paradises.

Once fermentation is complete, the beans are laid out on raised African beds, where the Piendamó sun gently caresses them for 35 days. Every moment of this phase is carefully monitored: the temperature, always below 40°C, jealously guards every aromatic note, guaranteeing an impeccable result.

The profile in the cup
Every sip is a work of art. The velvety sweetness of lychee blends with notes of strawberry and peach, enriched by a touch of fresh melon and the vivacity of apple. The bright and refined acidity is accompanied by a silky and enveloping body, leaving a sensation of pure elegance.

A coffee for competitions
Colombia Finca El Paraíso Lychee is not just a coffee, but a celebration of talent and dedication. It is no surprise that two extraordinary Italian champions, Chiara Ressa and Sacha Pompucci, chose this gem to enchant the juries of the Italian Championships. A coffee that speaks of love for art, land and perfection.

Recommended for espresso
This coffee, with its rich and vibrant profile, gives its best when prepared as an espresso, offering an intense and unforgettable experience.
