The Immersion Dripper Switch is a new offering from this Japanese company. This device combines two methods of brewing coffee: immersion and pour-over. A special steel ball closes the opening of the dripper, preventing water from immediately flowing into the server. After about two minutes, simply press the switch button to enjoy your favorite coffee.
