Here, the high altitude and rich volcanic soils allow the cherries to ripen slowly, favoring the development of complex and defined aromatic profiles.

The result is an elegant and bright cup, which best expresses the classic Kenyan style, characterised by great cleanliness and liveliness.

Citrus notes of mandarin and lemon emerge during extraction, accompanied by a fresh and delicate component of green tea and jasmine .
