The washed twin of Abu Natural: jasmine, citrus and peach in a crystal-clear cup.

In the cup

Jasmine opens the cup, followed by orange blossom and a clean sweetness of apple and peach. Notes of orange, mandarin and bergamot bring freshness, while green grape, citronella and cane sugar close with balance. Medium body, juicy mouthfeel, clean finish.

Perfect if…

  • you love floral, citrusy coffees;
  • you prefer clean, light and precise cups;
  • you want to taste it side by side with Abu Natural and see how much process matters.

The story

Abu Coffee is located in Cañas Verdes, on the slopes of Volcán Barú, among light mists and volcanic soils. After pulping, the coffee ferments for about 42 hours in sealed GrainPro bags immersed in running spring water: the beans never touch the water, which only keeps the temperature low and stable. It is then washed and dried on raised beds for about 15 days.

Competition-grade freshness

Every Over Your Limits coffee is stored green, vacuum-sealed and frozen, the same technique used for competition coffees, and we roast it only when you order. The cold stops the green bean from ageing and protects its sugars, acidity and aromas, so every lot reaches your cup with the same profile as the day we first tasted it, even months after harvest.

Why Over Your Limits

Because it goes further by removing the superfluous: only variety, terroir and precision remain.
